Arrested: Titus Barber (42) Hoopeston Male

Arrested: Andrew Thompson (56) Hoopeston Male

Details: While on a traffic stop a computer check revealed that Thompson did not have a valid license. The above subjects were found to be in possession of a firearm, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia. Both subjects were taken to HPD, where they were charged with the above, processed, and later transported to the PSB.
