Man who took out Floral Hill Cemetery's Entrance arrested-Iroquois County Sheriffs police news 11/24/2020

On November 20th, 2020, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police investigated a single vehicle accident on Co. Rd, 000 N- and approx. 2420 E According to police reports, a vehicle driven by Daniel L. Allison Jr. age 62, ot Hoopeston was traveling north on N. Market St, in Vermilion Co. Upon entering Iroquois Co. Allison failed to negotiate the c,urve onto Co, Rd. 000 N, and continued straight striking a concrete wall- Allison was transported to Hoopeston Hospital for minor injuries. He would tater be placed in custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

 

On November 21 31, 2020, Iroquois County Sheriffs Poffce investigated a single vehicle accident on Co. Rd, 1600 N. near Co


Rd. 1300 E. According to police reports, a vehicle driven by Reginald E, Snyder, age 32, of Watseka was traveling west on Co. Rd. 1600 N, when a deer entered the roadway. Snyder maneuvered to avoid the deer and lost controt of the vehicle, Snyder entered the south ditch striking the embankment before coming to a rest in a field. Snyder sustained minor injuries, and no citations were issued.

 

On November 22nd, 2020, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police investigated a single vehicle accident near the Sugar Creek Cemetery in Stockland. According to police reports, a vehicle driven by Dylan L. Jones, age 20, of Stockland was operating a vehicle through Sugar Creek Cemetery and struck a tree before returning to his residence. After a brief investigation, Jones was placed into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol zero tolerance and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Jones was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he posted the required bond and was released.

 

On November 22nd, 2020, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police arrested Darrell L. Jones, age 30, of Hoopeston. According to police reports, Jones was charged with contrjbuttng to the delinquenoy of a minor. Jones was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he posted the required bond and was released,

 

On November 21 st, 2020, Milford Police arrested Phillip B. Millard, age 42, of Watseka- According to police reports, Millard was charged with driving while license revoked. Millard was transported to the Iroquois County Jail where he posted the required bond and was released.
