Vermilion County Covid 19 update 11/25/2020

We are reporting eighty-six new cases today (two residents in their 90s, five in their 80s, five in their 70s, fourteen in their 60s, eight in their 50s, seventeen in their 40s, thirteen in their 30s, eleven in their 20s, nine teens, one grade-school-aged child and one infant), and 111 released, which brings us to a total of 2,759 positive cases -- 248 of which are active. 

We are saddened to report four additional COVID-related deaths today -- a woman in her 90s, a man in his 90s, a woman in her 70s, and a man in his 60s.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to their friends and families, and to all of those whose lives have been impacted by this pandemic.  Thirty-four Vermilion County residents have suffered COVID-related deaths since this pandemic began.

There are currently 24 COVID-positive Vermilion County residents hospitalized. 

We have received 48,867 negative test results.
