Details: HPD officers arrested Ms. Irvin after she turned herself into the Hoopeston

Police Department on an outstanding Champaign County warrant. She was

processed and later released with a new court date after posting bond.

 

Traffic Accident H20-5468

Location: S Market St/E Penn St

Unit #1: 2017 GMC Acadia driven by Shirley Fell (F) (72) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: 2020 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Emily Brown (F) (43) of Hoopeston

Details: Unit #1 was driving westbound on Penn St, stopped at the stop sign, and proceeded

through the intersection and struck Unit #2. Driver of Unit #1 advised she did not

see Unit #2 driving northbound on Market. No tickets were issued, no injuries

were reported and Unit #2 was towed.
