On 12/03/20, at approx. 2:21 pm, Iroquois County Sheriffs Police investigated a single vehicle, rollover, accident that occurred on Co. Rd. 1900E at approx. % mile north of Co. Rd. 3150N in rural St. Anne, IL. According to police reports, a vehicle driven by James F.

Green, 62, of Watseka, IL was traveling north on Co. Rd. 1900E on a loose gravel road. Green began to lose control of his vehicle, a 2003 Ford Explorer, and entered the west ditch embankment. Green's vehicle then proceeded to overturn approx. 2 % times, ejecting him in the process, before coming to a rest on it's roof in a plowed field, Green's passenger was transported to Riverside Hospital in Kankakee, IL by Riverside EMS with non-life threatening injuries. She was later treated and released. Green was transported to Riverside Hospital by Riverside EMS where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
