Criminal Damage (Over) H20-5609 2020-9871

Location: 700 block of S. 6th Ave

Arrested: Joseph Cannon (48) Hoopeston male

Details: Officers were dispatched to the above in reference to a criminal damage report.

Officers observed damage that had been done the complainant’s vehicle.

Cannon was later located and taken to HPD, where he was processed and later transported to the PSB.
