Disorderly Conduct (City Ordinance) H20-5742

Location: 1030 W. Chestnut (IGA)

Arrested: Collin Shaner (26) Danville male

Details: Officers responded to the above in reference to a civil dispute. After investigation

the above male was located and charged with the above. Shaner was taken to HPD, where he was processed and later released with a NTA in Hoopeston City Court.

 

Traffic Accident, Driving While License Revoked, Disobeying a Traffic Control Device H20-5746

Location: 4th Av/W Maple St

Unit #1: 2015 Ford Explorer driven by April Fowler (37) (F) of Danville

Unit #2: 1999 Dodge Ran driven by Steven McCool (24) (M) of Hoopeston

Arrested: April Fowler (37) (F) of Danville

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a traffic accident. Driver

of Unit #1 ran the yield sign and Unit #2 struck Unit #1. No injuries were reported an both vehicles were insured. A computer check revealed that Ms. Fowler had a revoked driver’s license. She was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later released with 2 traffic citations and traffic court date.

Details: HPD officer responded to the area for criminal damage to a vehicle. The investigation continues.
