Details: Arrow Ambulance had 2 units on the scene of a lift assist. HFD was requested to respond to assist in the lifting of the person. No report of injuries at the time of the call.

 

 

Possession of Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia. H21-0458 2021-0921

Location: 500 block E Penn Street

Arrestee: Mannin, James B II (M) (35) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was summoned to the scene what was called in as a Domestic Battery in progress. Subjects were separated and the male was found to be in possession of illegal substance. He was transported HPD processed and then later transported to PSB Danville.
