Details: HPD officers responded to the above location for a report of domestice disturbance in progress. Mr. Irvin was located and transported to HPD for processing and later transported to PSB to await arraignment.

Arrested: Haley M Edwards(24)(F)of Hoopeston

Details: Ms. Edwards was at HPD for a different issue. A computer search showed

that she was wanted on a Warrant. She was arrested and processed and

transported to PSB by a County Deptuy.
