Warrant Arrest H21-1384

Location: 300 blk E Penn

Arrested: Jordan Davis-Ervin (30) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers stopped Mr. Davis-Ervin while he was walking in the area

above. A computer checks revealed subject had 2 outstanding Vermilion County

warrants. Subject was taken to HPD, processed, and released with a new

court date.

 

Burglary to Commercial Building, Criminal Damage to Property (over) Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia H21-1386 2021-2675

Time: 03:21 AM

Location: 912 S Dixie Highway, Old WHPO Plaza Building

Arrested: Wernigk, Timothy R (M) (40) of Penfield

Details: At the above time officers observed a vehicle pull on to the property, blacked out and male got out of the unit started carrying property out of the building. When approached the male claimed to be removing items with permission. Upon further investigation, the male was found to be in possession of illegal drugs, and paraphernalia. Male was transported to HPD where he was processed on the charges, and later transported to PSB to await arraignment hearing.

 

Illegal Burn (City Ordinance) H21-1395

Time: 4:38pm

Location: 600 block of E. Thompson

Arrested: Randy Dillon (38) Hoopeston male

Details: Officers were called to the above in reference to an illegal burn. Dillon was cited for the above and released with a city court date
