- Phase 4 Restore Guidance: https://www2.illinois.gov/dceo/Documents/Essential%20Business%20FAQ.pdf
- Bridge Phase FAQs: https://coronavirus.illinois.gov/s/bridge-phase-faqs
What will it take to get to the Bridge Phase: To advance into the Bridge Phase, the entire state must reach a 70 percent first dose vaccination rate for residents 65 and over, maintain a 20 percent or higher ICU bed availability rate and hold steady on COVID-19 patients in the hospital, COVID-like illness hospital admissions, and mortality rate over a 28-day monitoring period.
Right now, we have about 62% of our 65+ population who are vaccinated.
Regional Metrics

Vermilion County – 1.4% positivity rate
ICU availability – 38%
Patient increases – 6 out of the last 10 days* This is above the Metrics. We want to see no more than 3 out of the last 10 days with patient increases.
