The Vermilion County Coroner, Jane McFadden stated that an early afternoon two vehicle accident on Route 49 at County Road 4000 North on May 3, 2021, claimed the life of a 59-year-old Rankin woman. The victim has been identified as Robin R. Robinson.

An autopsy is scheduled for this morning. The Illinois State Police and the Vermilion County Coroner’s office continue to investigate.
