We have lost a total of 134 Vermilion County residents to COVID-related deaths since this pandemic began.

There are currently 12 Vermilion County residents with COVID hospitalized.  There are currently 160 active COVID cases in the county.  We have received 141,127 negative test results.

Of the 16 cases being reported today, one of them told us they have been fully vaccinated.

Please continue to be vigilant.  Make smart choices.  Be safe.

We had 367 cars come to the Electronics Collection Event today.  We collected 804 old TVs, 174 old computer monitors, at least one eight-track player (!!), and other assorted electronics.

We want to thank DACC for hosting the event !   We plan to hold another electronics collection event there in October.

(Just for comparison, last October we had 627 vehicles bring us 1,421 TVs and 320 monitors.)
