Complainant: 43 yr old Male of Hoopeston

Arrested: 13 yr old Male of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to a report of theft. The Juvenile was located and

given a city notice to appear.

Time and Date: 1:54 PM 05/25/2021

Location: 800 blk of E McCracken Ave

Arrested: Craig I Stevens(42)(M)of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to the above location for a report of missing items.

HPD officers located Mr. Stevens and transported him to HPD for processing and later transported to PSB.
