(Danville, IL | June 22, 2021) – OSF HealthCare is proud to announce that Ned Hill has been named president of OSF HealthCare Sacred Heart Medical Center. He will begin transitioning to his new role on August 2, 2021.
Hill replaces Brad Solberg, who held the position in an interim role, and continues his leadership as president of OSF HealthCare Saint James-John W. Albrecht Medical Center in Pontiac, IL.
In his new role, Hill will lead OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center to align with the overall strategy of OSF HealthCare. He will be responsible for directing all internal operations, while continuing to ensure that high quality and cost-effective health care is delivered to patients. Hill will carry forward a culture of collaboration and integration that provides a safe patient care environment that also fosters innovation and creativity.

Most recently, Hill served as chief executive officer at Mesa View Regional Hospital in Mesquite, Nevada. Prior to that, he was president and chief executive officer at Northern Hospital of Surry County in Mt Airy, North Carolina. Hill has served in a variety of executive leadership positions throughout his career.
Hill earned his Bachelor of Science in behavioral science and health from the University of Utah, where he also earned a Master’s in public administration with an emphasis in health service administration.
