CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, TRESPASSING H21-3274

Location: 300 Blk E Penn St

Arrested: Shane M Baker (31)(M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD responded to above ref a disturbance. Upon arrival officers was advised Mr Baker damaged some property while in a dispute with others at the res. Mr Baker left the scene prior to officers’ arrival but was found and arrested later with additional charges.

WANTED ON VERMILION CO WARRANT / POSSESSION OF METH H21-3275

Location: 200 Blk N Market

Arrested: Shane M Baker (31)(M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD received information that Mr Baker was at the above residence. Upon arrival officer saw Mr Baker next to a vehicle in the driveway of the res. A computer check found Mr Baker wanted out of Vermilion Co. Subj was placed under arrest, processed and later taken to Vermilion Co jail with several charges.
