Complainant: 47 year old Hoopeston male

Details: HPD officers were called to the location for the report of a vehicle theft. Unknown

subject(s) took the vehicle out of the complainant’s yard without permission. An

investigation continues.

Time: 10:40 AM

Location: 215 W Washington St. Teasdale Foods 1st Av Warehouse.

Details: HFD and Arrow responded to report of smoke and fire in machinery of the facility,

Upon arrival fire was out, Maintenance advised malfunction of a machine, HFD cleared

The scene, no report of injuries, or damages.

Details: Cell phone found in the 600 blk of E Thompson. Owner may come to the station to

identify it.

 

Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia H21-3694 2021-6768

Time: 9:31pm

Location: S 6th Av/W Orange

Arrested: Randy Dillon (38) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Dillon was in on a traffic violation. An

investigation found Methamphetamines on Mr. Dillon’s person. He was arrested

and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB to be

arraigned.
