Arrested: Thad A Finnell(27)(M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers while on patrol located Mr. Finnell. A computer search showed Mr.

Finnell to have an active Vermilion County Warrant. Mr. Finnell was arrested and

transported to HPD for processing and later transported to PSB by a Vermilion

County Sheriff’s Deputy.
