Hoopeston Police Report 8/10/21

TRESPASSING & DISORDERLY CONDUCT H21-3738

Location: 112 E Main St Hoopeston, 112 Wine & Coffee Shop

Arrested: Warner, Lindsey M (F) (33) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD responded to complaint of Ms. Warner in the establishment causing a scene and then outside barricading entry door. She was asked to leave the grounds in which she refused. Police located Ms. Warner outside on the sidewalk; she was taken into custody and charged with State of Illinois Criminal Charges. She was processed and release on bond, with Vermilion County Court Date.

 

Violation of Bail Bond H21-3779 2021-6945

Date: 8/8/2021

Location: Parkview Court

Arrested: Eric R Couch (M) (32) of Hoopeston

Details: At the request of Vermilion County Probation HPD Officers reponed to Parkview Court to attempt to locate Mr. Couch. After Mr. Couch was located, he was transported to HPD and processed and transported to the Public Safety Building in Danville.

Location: 100 E Maple St (Storage Lot)

Complainant: 68-year-old Hoopeston Man

Details: Complainant reports that person(s) unknown had done damage to his motorhome while parked on a storage lot in the 100 block E Maple St.

Time: 06:55 AM

Location: 700 S 3rd Avenue Hoopeston

Complainant: 36-year-old Hoopeston Man

Details: Complainant reports that a person without authorization entered his property and removed items without permission.

 

 

Theft (Over $1,000) H21-3789

Time: 1:27pm

Location: 100 N 1st Ave

Complainant: 25-year-old Site Worker

Details: HPD officers responded to the construction site for the report of 2 red 5-gallon gas cans, 1 red 6-gallon gas can, and 1 yellow 5-gallon diesel can. Also 1 black and orange Generac generator.

 

Theft (Over) H21-3794

Time: 3:49pm

Location: 326 N 7th Ave. Chevrolet Auto Detail Shop

Complainant: 26-year-old Hoopeston Resident

Details: HPD responded to the report of items stolen from a vehicle at the Chevrolet Auto Detail Shop
