The Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden has identified the victims of a shooting on East Main Street in Danville on early Saturday morning, 09/18/2021, as 20-year-old Leslie E. Fisher, Jr. and 21-year-old Charles L. Jones, Jr. both of Danville.

Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden stated that both victims’ families have been notified. Autopsies are scheduled for today. The Vermilion County Sheriff’s Office and the Vermilion County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate.
