Vermilion County Covid 19 update 10/6/21

Vermilion County NEW Case Counts (as of 10/5)

New Case Count: 42 New cases and 63 were released.  Of the 42 new cases, 0 were fully vaccinated.  We have 0 breakthrough cases (those who were vaccinated and were hospitalized or died) and zero reinfections. 

 

21 cases under the age of 20

17 cases between the ages of 20-49

4 cases over the age of 50 (zero cases over the age of 70)

 

We had 1 additional death.  A gentleman in his 70s.  Our thoughts go out to his family and friends. 

 

 

FLU

Flu Vaccine is finally in and here are the dates.  Clinics will be Drive Thru here at the health department.
