Arrested: Elbert “Bill” Cannon (55) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers checked out with Mr. Cannon on an unrelated call. A computer checks

revealed he had an outstanding Vermilion County Warrant. He was arrested and

taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville in lieu

of bond.

Details: Hoopeston Fire Department was called out to the above location to a fully involved structure fire. The fire was put out and there were no reports of injuries or damages at the time of call.

Details: Officers were called out to the above locations for a report of theft of services Mr. Coffey was cited with a notice to appear in Hoopeston City Court.
