Arrested: Eric Smith (M) (33) Hoopeston male

Details: HPD officers were dispatched in reference to a domestic disturbance. After an

investigation, Mr. Smith was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later

transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
