Cited: Roger D Catron (M) (64) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers were dispatched the above area for a possible illegal burn and black smoke. Mr. Catron was asked to put the fire out. Mr. Catron was also cited for Burning of Trash and Refuse (City Ordinance 9.08.010) and given a Notice to Appear in Hoopeston City Court.

Complainant: 39 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested: Marty Fink (68) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to the above location for the report of Mr. Fink threatening the

complainant with a weapon. Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.

He was later released on the above charge and given a county court date.
