Details: Arrestee came to HPD and turned their self in on the Warrant listed above. Arrestee was released on OR Bond and new court date set for Vermilion County Courthouse in Danville.

Location: 400 blk of W Lincoln

Arrested: Kyle Frazier (20)(M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were out at the above location and a computer search was done showing Mr.

Frazier to have an active warrant out of Vermilion County. Mr. Frazier was arrested and

transported to HPD for processing and later released with a new Court Date.

Location: 500 blk of E Young Ave

Arrested: Marty J Fink (68)(M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were out with Mr. Fink a computer search was done showing Mr. Fink to have

an active warrant out of Vermilion County. Mr. Fink was arrested and transported to HPD for

processing and later transported to PSB.

Location: 500 blk of Dice Street

Details: HFD and HPD were dispatched to the above location for an active fire alarm. No injuries

were reported.

 

Warrant Arrest, Possession of Controlled Substance H22-1670 2022-3576

Time: 10:41pm

Location: 400 blk W Maple St

Arrested: Tasha Uppinghouse (31) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to the area for a noise complaint. A computer check revealed

Ms. Uppinghouse had an outstanding Vermilion County warrant. Further investigation found

a controlled substance on her person. Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be

processed. She was later taken to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
