Arrested: Patricia L Benison (F) (48) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers observed Ms. Benison who they knew had no valid driver’s license. Officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Ms. Benison was transported to HPD where she was processed and later transported to the Public Safety Building in Danville. She was charged with the above.
