Arrested: Ryan Nosler (27) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to Parkview Court for the report of a stolen bicycle. While on patrol, officers located the missing bike and arrested Mr. Nosler. He

was taken to HPD to be processed and later transported to the PSB in Danville to

await arraignment.
