Location: 200 block of S Dixie Highway

Arrested: Kayla R. Petty (F) (28) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers responded to the report of someone banging on a door in the above area. On 6/9/22. When Officers arrived, they observed a broken window and they were adv that it was Ms. Petty who had broken it. On 6/10/22 Ms. Petty was located and then transported to HPD where she was processed and later transported to the PSB in Danville.

 

TRESPASSING H22-2415

Location: 400 blk W Lincoln Street

Suspect: Shannon L Miller (F) (44) from Hoopeston

Details: HPD called to above location to remove MS Miller from the residence. She has been warned to stay away from said property. Chief Tate issued MS Miller a city ordinance/ Notice to Appear for Trespassing.

Suspect: Brandon P Grills (M) (22) from Hoopeston

Details: HPD called to above location to remove MR Grills from the residence. Subj was issued a city ordinance/Notice to Appear for Trespassing.
