Unit 1: 2019 Ford F150 driven by Matthew Starr(32)(M) of Milford

Unit 2: 2016 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Madeline R Applegate(16)(F) of Danville

Details: Unit 1 was traveling Northbound on S 3rd Ave pulled into the intersection and struck the driver side of Unit 2 after saying he did not see them .No injuries were reported all vehicles had current insurance and no citations were issued.

Location: 1023 W Main St. (The Pump)

Arrested: Brad L. Herman (M) (63) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to meet with the complainant who adv they were at the above location and she was battered by Mr. Herman. HPD officers made contact with Mr. Herman and he was transported to HPD where he was processed and later released with a Vermilion County Court date.

Details: HFD and HPD dispatched to the above location for a smell of gas inside the house. No Injuries were reported
