Details: HPD officers were flagged down in reference to dogs chasing her daughter. Officers located the owner of dogs and was told a city citation would be mailed to her since there was an ongoing problem with her dogs running loose in the neighborhood.

Location: 100 blk S 5th St

Complainant: 51 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested: Rebecca Chumbley (F) (25) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to the above location for the report of a fight. After speaking to all parties involved, Ms. Chumbley was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later released with a city citation and city court date.
