Illegal Operation of ATV H22-3310

Arrested: 14 yr old Male Juvenile of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were in the area when they observed male in the area on an ATV. HPD

officers stopped the subject and transported him to HPD for processing and later

released him with a Vermilion County Notice to Appear.

Complainant: 20 Yr old Male of Hoopeston

Arrested: Austin D Johnston(27)(M)of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officer was dispatched to the above location for a report of an ongoing fight.

Mr. Johnston was located and was given a Hoopeston City notice to appear.
