Complainant: 17 year old female

Arrested: Jordan Carswell (36) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to the area for a possible order of protection violation. Mr.

Carswell was located and arrested. He was immediately taken to the PSB in Danville

to await arraignment
