Unit 1: 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by a 16 year old male of Hoopeston
Unit 2: 2005 Ford Cargo van parked by an employee of Hoopeston High School
Details: Driver of Unit 1 stated that he was backing out from a parkin space when his vehicle made
contact with the parked van belonging to the School. No injuries, no tickets were reported
and both units insured.
Restraint of dogs by Owner or Keeper(City) H22-3505

Arrested: Heather L Hughes(50)(F)of Hoopeston
Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of loose Dogs. Ms. Hughes
was located and given a City Notice to appear.
Criminal Damage to Auto (Over) H22-3516 2022-6987
Time: 12:47am
Location: 428 W Orange St. (VFW)
Arrested: Karla A Cassady (F) (40) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD was called to the above location for vehicle that had been damaged on the parking lot. After reviewing the cameras later in the day. Ms. Cassady was identified in the video taking a rock and scratching up the vehicle. Ms. Cassady was transported to HPD where she was processed and later transported to the PSB in Danville.
Possession of Cannabis (100-500 grams), Possession of Controlled Substance

Arrested: Ulises Delos-Santos-Alanis (M) (33) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle the subject was driving for a traffic violation. Upon
an investigation, subject was arrested on the above charges. He was taken to HPD to
be processed and later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Complainant: 64 year old Hoopeston male
Arrested: Victor Hutton (M) (53) Hoopeston male
Details: After reporting his lawn mower stolen, the complainant told HPD officers who possibly had the property. Upon an investigation, officers located the mower and arrested Mr. Hutton
on the charge of Possession of Stolen Property (over). He was taken to HPD to be
processed and then later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
