Arrested: James A Brayboy (M) (24) of Hoopeston

Details: A HPD officer was dispatched to the above location for a report of a fight. A computer search showed Mr. Brayboy to have an active warrant in VC. Mr. Brayboy was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later transported by a VC Deputy to the PSB.
