Driving while license suspended, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle(Delayed Entry) H22-4245

Location: E Orange St/S Market St

Arrested: Kristy L Powers(43)(F) of Hoopeston

Details: While on patrol HPD officer observed a vehicle driving erratically. A Computer search

showed Ms. Powers to have a suspended license and no proof of insurance. Ms.

Powers was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later released with

a Vermilion County Court Date.

 

 

Burning of Trash and Refuse(CITY) H22-4258

Time: 4:30PM

Location: 200 blk of S Dixie Hwy

Arrested: Randy S Dillon(39)(M)of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was advised of a small illegal burn. When Officers arrived Mr. Dillon was on

scene and given a Hoopeston City Notice to appear.
