Criminal Damage to Property

Location: 700 Block of S 2nd Ave

Complaint: 35yr old Hoopeston Female

Arrestee: 12yr old Hoopeston Male

Details: HPD officers were called to the above location for damage to her vehicle. Officers located juvenile, he was arrested and brought to HPD. Juvenile was then released to parents.
