Warrant Arrest, Operating Vehicle when Registration is Suspended H22-5399 Time: 12:46am Location: McFerren Park Arrested: Teresa Delaplain (F) (24) of Hoopeston Details: While on patrol, HPD officers found a car parked near the civic center in McFerren Park after park hours. Upon investigation, officers noticed the registration on the vehicle was expired. A computer search revealed the registration was suspended and the driver, Ms. Delaplain had an outstanding Ford County warrant. She was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later transported to Ford County and given a traffic citation and traffic court date.
