Unit 2: 2013 Buick Encore driven by Jeffery A Keith(60)(M)of Hoopeston

Details: Unit 1 was traveling south bound on S 7th St when she came to the stop sign at the intersection. Unit 1 advised she stopped and then proceeded south bound though the intersections when she struck Unit 2 in the front drivers door. No injuries reported. Both units are insured and no Citations were given.

Details: HPD stopped Pierson D. Lazarov for violation of Lighting Requirements (City Ordinance) while stopped Lazarov was charged with disobeying police and transported to HPD and released to appear in city court.
