Domestic Battery Reported H23-1968 Time of call: 07:06 AM Time of Arrest: 3:34pm Location: 300 S 3rd St Complainant: 33-year-old Hoopeston Woman Arrested: James Bieber (M) (26) of Hoopeston Details: The complainant contact HPD and reported a Domestic Battery Complaint. Male suspect had fled the scene prior to police arrival after they were called by a 3rd party of the incident. HPD filed a report on the incident. UPDATE: Mr. Bieber was arrested after HPD officers found him to be back at the residence. Subject was taken to HPD to be processed and later transported to the PSB to await arraignment.

Upon arrival and investigation, Ms. St. Clair was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later transported to the PSB to await arraignment.
