Arrestee: ONeill, George M (72) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: Hoopeston PD received a call from the arrestee upset, then made statements to cause shock and alarm to his neighbors. Mr. ONeill was transported to HPD processed and later released on BOND to appear on a court date set for him at the Vermilion County Courthouse.
