Warrant Arrest H23-2563 2023-4298 Time: 7:14PM Location: W Thompson Ave/N 9th Ave Arrested: Brandon T Kinnaird(22)(M) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers were on patrol when they pulled over a vehicle and computer search showed Mr. Kinnaird to be wanted on a Vermilion County Warrant. Mr. Kinnaird was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later transported to the PSB to await arraignment.
