After an investigation, Mr. Rivera-Rojas was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Aggravated Battery, Criminal Damage to Property (over), Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer H23-2971 2023-5041 Time: 2:35pm Location: 714 W Orange St, Hoopeston Marathon Arrested: Skylar Picket (31) (M) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers were called to the report of a fight at Hoopeston Marathon. Upon arrival Mr. Pickett had fled the area however was quickly apprehended just north of the business. He was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

HOOPESTON POLICE Saturday June 17, 2023 2 Purchase or Acceptance of Gift of Liquor by persons Under 21 (city) H23-2982 Time: 11:14pm Location: 500 blk N 6th Av Arrested: Owen McCormick (M) (18) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers were called out for the report of a loud disturbance. Mr. McCormick was arrested on a city charged and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later released with a city citation and court date.

 

Warrant Arrest H23-2941 Time: 2:16am Location: W Main/S 6th Av Arrested: Christopher Smith (M) (46) of Hoopeston Details: While on patrol, HPD officers checked out with Mr. Smith. A computer check revealed he had an outstanding Vermilion County warrant. He was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville in lieu of bond.

She was released from the scene with a notice to appear in Vermilion County Traffic Court.
