Arrested: Kyla Wiesner (32)(F) of Battle Creek, MI

Details: HPD officers went to the address several times for a domestic disturbance. Ms.

Wiesner was arrested on disobeying police and taken to the police department to be

processed. She was later released with a city ticket and court date.

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Morgan was driving for a traffic violation. Subject

received 2 traffic citations and a traffic court date. She was released from scene and the
