Theft (City Ordinance Violation) H23-3530

Arrestee: McClure, James K (M) (25) of Hoopeston

Detail: At the above time the complainant contact HPD about the arrestee in process of act of theft from the business. Officers arrived on scene, approaching the subject on the parking lot as he was approaching his vehicle. Subject was detained, later to HPD for processing and released on NTA for City Court.

Unit 1: 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Deanna Smithers(39)(F) of Hoopeston

Unit 2: 2019 Buick Enclave driven by Glenda Reed(64)(F) of Hoopeston

Details: Driver of Unit 2 was east bound and stopped for a train when she was hit from behind by Unit 1. There were no injuries or tickets issued, both units are insured.

 

Wanted on Warrant (Ford Co.), Wanted on Warrant (Vermilion Co.) H23-3542

Time: 8:48 pm

Location: 700 blk W Orange St

Arrested: Jacqualyn D Rife (F) (42) of Hoopeston

Details: The above subject was found to have an active Ford County warrant (22DT15) and an active Vermilion County warrant (22CM481). She was taken into custody, transported to HPD, and processed. She received a new Vermilion County court date and was later transported to Ford County in lieu of bond.
