Arrested: Johnny R Arnett(46)(M)of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of Mr. Arnett being at a residence that was part of the order of protection. Mr. Arnett was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later transported to PSB to await arraignment.
