Disobeying Traffic Control Device (Stop Sign), Speeding 75 MPH in a 55 MPH H23-4377

Details: HPD observed a vehicle disobey a traffic control device and speeding. A traffic stop was initiated and Mr. Wallace was identified as the driver and received two citations and a mandatory notice to appear in Vermilion County Traffic Court.

Arrested: Nicole Hughes (35) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Hughes was driving for a traffic violation. A computer

check revealed the registration was suspended. Ms. Hughes was taken to HPD and later

released with a traffic ticket and traffic court date.
