Details: HPD officers checked out with Ms. Warner. A computer check revealed she had an

outstanding Champaign County warrant. She was arrested and taken to HPD to be

processed. She was later released with a new Champaign County court date.

 

Disobeying Traffic Control Device, Driving While License Suspended H23-4410

Location: S Market St/E Lincoln

Cited: Olivia Simonton (M) (20) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Simonton was driving for a traffic violation.

A computer check revealed, she had a suspended driver’s license. She was given

2 traffic citations, a traffic court date and released from scene.
