Details: HPD conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle speeding. The driver was also found to be illegally transporting alcohol. He received citations for both and given a mandatory court date, then released from the scene.

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a battery report. Ms. Lesko was

identified and mailed a City Court Citation.

Criminal Trespass to Residence with Persons Present H23-4747 2023-7413

Details: HPD responded to the report of an unknown subject in a residence. The subject was identified as Mr. Lemke. He was taken into custody, then transported & processed at HPD. Later he was taken to PSB Danville to await arraignment.

 

Traffic Accident H23-4755

Unit #1: 2011 Chevrolet truck driven by Candy Wolfe (F) (41) of Lafayette, IN

Unit #2: 2020 Dodge truck driven by Jose Barrera (M) (69) of Ambia, IN

Details: Unit #1 was traveling out of McFerren park turning west on Elm St when the trailer she was

pulling hit a sign and struck Unit #2. No injuries, no tickets and both vehicles were

insured.

Details: HPD officers were called to the above address 2 more times for the same complaint. Mr.

Torres was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later released with city

ticket and city court date.
