Arrested: Donald E Underwood Jr (M)(38) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD was dispatched to a suspicious person. Upon arrival officers found Mr. Underwood

with an open container of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.

He was later released with a city ticket and city court date.

 

Failure to Register H23-4797 2023-7404

Time: 9:39pm

Location: W Maple/S 8th Av

Arrested: Jerry Lindsey (M) (53) of Fairmont, IL

Details: HPD officers checked out with Mr. Lindsey after finding out the Vermilion County Sheriff’s

Department had charges on him for failing to register. He was arrested and taken to HPD.

He was later transported to the PSB in Danville by a VCSD deputy.
