Domestic Battery H23-4863 2023-7585

Arrested: James McClure (M) (25) Hoopeston male

Details: HPD officers were called to the area for the report of a domestic dispute. Upon

Investigation, Mr. McClure was arrested. He was taken to HPD to be processed and later

transported to the PSB to await arraignment.

 

Traffic Accident, Warrant Arrest (Rutherford Co, TN) H23-4877 2023-7602

Time: 3:30 pm

Location: 700 blk E Main St

Unit #1: Bicycle operated by Jordan Houser (M) (31) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: 2006 Dodge driven by Zackery Hunt (M) (24) of Hoopeston

Details: HFD, HPD, and Arrow Ambulance responded to the report of a bicycle hitting a vehicle.

Unit #1 failed to stop at S 7th St/E Main and struck Unit #2 on the passenger side of the

vehicle. No citations were issued, Unit #2 was insured and Unit #1 was transported to

Carle. A computer check reveal Mr. Houser had an outstanding Rutherford Co warrant

and was arrested after being released from Carle. He was taken to HPD to be processed

and later transported to the PSB in Danville to await extradition.

Operating Vehicle when Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance H23-4888

Cited: Tabitha Phillips (F) (36) of Mount Vernon, IL

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Phillips was driving for a traffic violation. A

computer check revealed her registration was suspended. Subject was given a

traffic citation, a traffic court date and she was released from scene
